Conclusion
Reword Thesis Statement
In conclusion, Lee’s use of Scout in To Kill a Mockingbird to show racism
and how each character deals with it differently makes the situations more endurable.
Closing Statements
Racism affects everyone, yet all people deal with it differently. Scout’s innocence
as a child makes it a little easier for the reader to understand the why. Being able
to view something so degrading from the eyes of a child doesn’t make the action
less demeaning, but makes witnessing it less hurtful.
